This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules governing the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained from users via the webex24.pl website operated at the following address: http://www.webex24.pl (hereinafter: Website) by Webex 24 Sp. z o.o. (before: Webex 24 Sp. z o.o. Sp. K.) (hereinafter: ORC) with its registered office in Warsaw (00-844), Grzybowska 80/82 lok. 721.
The provisions of this Privacy Policy shall satisfy the duty to provide information by ORC pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Processing Regulation of 27 April 2016 (EU OJ L 2016, No. 119, hereinafter: GDPR).

Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (EU OJ L 119 of 4.05.2016), the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (JoL 2018) and the Act on Electronic Provision of Services of 18 July 2002 (consolidated text in JoL 2017, Item 1219), Webex 24 Sp. z o.o. (before: Webex 24 Sp. z o.o. Sp. K.) (hereinafter: ORC) is the party responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data (hereinafter the Data Controller).

The Data Controller hereby declares that is has made every effort to comply with its obligations under the aforesaid legislation regarding the transparent information and communication as referred to in Article 12 GDPR.
Any user may obtain at any time, free of charge, all information about his or her data saved on the Website and also exercise his or her right to correct, block or erase such data. To do that, the above contact details may be used.

2. Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data

Personal data describe the material or personal relations of an identified or identifiable natural person such as the given name, surname, telephone number and all background data provided by the user on the contact form via the Website.


2.1 General

1. ORC shall exercise its best care and diligence to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subjects, in particular it shall ensure that such data are:
a) Processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner;
b) Collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes;
c) Adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
d) Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;
e) Kept in a form which permit identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; and

As the means referred to in Section 1 (f) above, the Data Controller has put in place the following means of security: firewalls, data encryption and information access authorisation controls, however the effectiveness of the user’s data security in place necessitates the user to comply with the ORC Website Regulations. ORC shall process the personal data in order to reply to a question asked on the contract form or by using contact details provided at the Website.

Each person whose data are processed by ORC, shall have:
- Right of access to his or her personal data, their rectification erasure, restriction of processing, right to object as well as right to data portablity in the cases provided for in GDPR;
- Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal;
- Right to object, at any time, to the processing of personal data – on grounds relating to the data subject’s particular situation, and also the right to object to the data processing for marketing and advertising purposes;
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if the data subject believes that the Data Controller processes data in violation of GDPR.
